REGISTRATION
The
fee to play at Cape Coral
National
is $120.00* for all players 5-12. 4 year olds in our 'Futures' division
are $60**. This fee includes an MLB team replica
uniform: Hat, Socks, Belt, Pants, and Shirt.

The first sibling (second
player) will
receive a $10 discount, and each additional sibling is $20
off.
All teams will be required
to cover shifts in the concession stand during the season.
Step 1
Gather Documentation

Little
League Baseball requires all participants to provide proof of age,
proof of residency, and a medical release form.
Proof of age requires a government issued document such as a birth certificate.
Proof of residency requires three documents, which may include: driver's license, voter registration card,
school records,
utility bill (1),
Government
records, or insurance
documents, among others. See the complete list from Little League
Baseball.
The Medical Release Form includes the player's doctor's information,
immunizations, and any medical issues the league needs to be
aware of in case of emergency. |
Step 2
Fill
out the forms |
Download,
fill out, and print the following forms. Double check the information
and sign. If you have trouble downloading, standard versions of the
forms are available at the concession stand.

Step 3
Submit |
Return
the completed forms along with your registration fee to the
concession stand at Verdow Field (at the intersection of Veteran's
Parkway and Country Club Boulevard, accessed by 27th Street from
Counrty Club). Bring your residency documentation.
Official registration days are as follows (Wednesdays 6-8 and Saturdays
10-2):

*Payment plans
and volunteer options are available to help reduce the cost. There will
be no mandatory fund raiser this year.
**Futures division will be formed only if enough players
register before January 21. |
Tryouts will be held on
Saturday, January 21, 2012 at the times below. Please arrive
at the beginning of your age group's time slot.
Players returning to major teams do not need to try out.

players must reside in the designated area (with the possible exception
of a current player who has recently moved out of the area)
